Look Unto Jesus

What is the cause of the restlessness of human soul and the trouble in the world? What can be done about it? Those are the two fundamental questions that the Bible deals with. As a result of Adam's disobedience to GOD, judgement came upon all men to condemnation. By nature we are all sinners and we all belong to the Devil with Hell as our default destination. That is why the world is living as it is today. That is why the world laughs at the gospel and ridicules the preaching about Christ as the Saviour.

Eternity demands our solemn thought because, beyond the grave is eternity. One of the church Fathers, with great beauty and propriety, calls death "the gate into eternity." The death of a human creature is his passing out of time into eternity. What event can be more solemn? Yet, death is so common that we seldom make any serious reflections on it; and we talk of it with as much indifference as of any common article of news. Regarding death itself, it happens to the righteous and to the unconverted. But oh, what a vast difference immediately follows that death. To each, their time of testing is ended, and their eternal state is begun as we see it clearly stated for us in (luke 16:19-31).

Beloved, it is my heart's desire and prayer to God to call your attention to this one thing needful and to set your eyes on Jesus because, if you die as you are by nature, you will go to HELL. Consider carefully all the warnings of Christ Jesus our Lord! I am here to persuade you concerning Jesus (Acts 28:23) and eternity. It is a foolish thing to ignore the sayings of Jesus regarding the eternal destination of your soul. If by now you deeply believe that God sent His Son Jesus into this world to rescue you from SIN and Hell then, call upon the name of the LORD Jesus and thou shall be saved. Whatever is going on in this world, your main concern should be; where will your soul spend eternity?
